Who is the art space suitable for?
The art gallery Zurich is open for:
Artists,
Galleries and gallery owners,
Associations, curators, independent artists, as well as for solo exhibitions and group projects.
The space is ideally suited for contemporary art, photography, design, installations, or interdisciplinary projects.
Booking process
Requests can be submitted directly via email.
Please attach some images of your work or a link to your website.
After receiving your documents, I would be happy to arrange an on-site viewing appointment.
Rental duration
The gallery can be rented for 1 to 4 weeks.
All available time slots are visible in the calendar.
Prices
1 week: CHF 1,700.00
Price for longer rental periods: by arrangement
Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to charges in accordance with the terms and conditions.
Included in the rent
Publication on the website of the Zurich Art Gallery (with text and images)
Publication on social media (Instagram & Facebook)
Additional services (bookable exclusively)
The following services can be booked additionally:
Support with the setup and takedown of the exhibition
Gallery presence during the exhibition
On-site sales support
Event accompaniment (e.g., opening or closing event)
Design and printing service for invitation cards or posters, etc.
Social media promo package with video/reel creation
I would be happy to assist you in planning and implementing your exhibition – from setup assistance to social media presence.
The costs depend on the respective effort and will be discussed personally upon request.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: every Wednesday from 12:00 PM
Check-out: every Tuesday evening until 6:00 PM or Wednesday morning until 10:00 AM
The gallery is to be handed over cleared and broom clean.
Access & Parking Facilities
In front of the gallery, there is a short stop zone for loading and unloading. Please move the vehicle away immediately afterwards.
There are a few parking spaces (paid and limited in time) available directly in front of the gallery.
In the extended area, the blue zone applies. Day tickets are available at the police station on Hottingerplatz – Price: CHF 15.– per day.

Please report any damages or defects when leaving the gallery.
Insurance
The insurance of all artworks during the rental period is solely the responsibility of the tenant.
The liability of the Zurich Art Gallery is expressly excluded.
